What happened when trying to read a journal file.

Genuine I/O failures and a CRC-valid frame decoding to malformed ops (a bug, not crash corruption) are both reported as a plain io::Error instead of a variant here, since load_blocking treats them identically: propagate. Only an unreadable header needs to be handled differently (back up and reset), so that is the one case this type distinguishes.

The file was read (and its tail truncated, if needed) into a session.

HeaderUnreadable(HeaderError)

The header was missing, too short, or otherwise invalid, so nothing past it could be trusted either.
